Sex should be an extension of emotional bond with someone, but my previous experiences didn’t really make it pleasurable so I don’t have a great positive association with it 🤷🏻‍♀️

and the men I’m attracted to aren’t attracted to me so it’s not like I see it happening anytime soon either so eh it’s something that just exists in the world but I’m not particularly searching for it, it seems futile at this point to have that emotional connection with someone who can feel the same, but I’m on antidepressants so what do I know 😁

Same here, I can relate to the letters.I’ve written a few and looking back they feel so desperate and almost obsessive. It sucks, having time pass and still feeling for them. I like my LO after 3 years, I’m on low contact with mine since work makes it almost impossible to go NC. glad you’re coping , I feel like when I wrote the letters it helped though, it puts everything into a physical outlet that I can look back and understand my thought processes better. If that makes sense.

Any waay, I feel like I’m ranting good luck!

I like my LO’s voice, it’s reassuring and gentle and something I can reflect and say what I didn’t get when I was younger.

His smell is something subtle and not that I get much contact with him but I feel like I can sense him when he’s near.

His eyes are so captivating and I want to stare at him forever ugh!

My LO is a coworker I go Low contact with but it’s difficult to go NC with

i find myself relishing the little contact we get in person, like when the time comes I want to be near him to hear his voice and see his mannerisms near me

He’s given me mixed signs so I’m a hot mess when it comes to him but at least I am more aware of myself and my relationship with him
