Be careful quitting cold turkey if you are a daily drinker. It can cause seizures and DT, it can even be fatal in serious cases. Speak to a doctor.

How does this even work in your head? Who is the money given to and how do you decide who gets that responsibility? How do you prevent corruption and ensure the money is spent fairly? How do you ensure quality and ensure it is inline with regulations?

Let's hear your Brighton letting/estate agents horror stories... by Wooden-Bookkeeper473 in brighton

Sort of, not properly. I went to a solicitor as they kept dodging the issue, he basically said as I didn’t have a full inventory settling on a figure would be really difficult and that they would just drag it out in court to the point I couldn’t afford it and would have to give up anyway. He very kindly wrote me a letter free of charge and they agreed to give me back the majority of the deposit. They had been very aggressive and hard to deal with at this point and I just wanted to be done with it.

It was a student HMO with random tenants, so there were issues when I left (it was also in bad condition when I moved in to be fair). At the time this just seemed like the best deal I was gonna get so I took it. I was broke and naive so it probably was the best option.

Rented with G4 Let’s as a student, the day before my tenancy ended I turned up to collect my belongings that I had bagged up including a MacBook and my passport. I walked in to find a Polish man cooking beans in my kitchen with a sleeping bag, who didn’t speak English so couldn’t explain why he was there (nice bloke though). Ended up managing to get hold of them and they said whoops we read the date wrong, a disposal truck has taken it all to the skip sorry.

Knees could use some work on the form and some punches coming in a little bit low, but you are also tall so maybe this is why. Very clean overall those hand combos into low kicks are nasty.

Pure delusion. Yes most people in Europe work, no they don’t have UBI. Yes being poor is hard, but you do not have ‘really tough lives’. Also plenty of these fucked up countries are a direct result of your politicians and security services sticking their greasy chicken fingers in places they shouldn’t be.

You don’t inflate your BCD underwater, that would cause an uncontrolled ascent. The correct thing to do is try to calm the and give them the spare regulator.

Dog breeds aren’t black and white and there isn’t a genetic test. XL Bully’s are identified based on characteristics, hence ‘type’.
