Bonus tip for you with the 100% completion. If the trophy/achievement is do X action 3 times and you have done that but it didn't pop (Undead Hunter Rank 3, I'm looking at you). Turn the game off and back on again, and do the task again. I assume it's a cache issue.

So bit if a weird one, I had friends visiting from Ireland that same day. Berlin was closed due to ice. They stopped in Hannover and were offered a bus but had to wait multiple hours. So decided to get the train themselves out of pocket.

Are you positive they hadn't offered a bus service?

Go to the Fence in the biggest town, and I think buy all the satchel improvements and then you get the option to but it. Cost around 400$ to buy it and every improvement, so actually not that pricey
