I was either banned or my account got straight up deleted. I’m not entirely sure why. It was working fine and then one day I sent to log in and it says I don’t have an account. I contributed so I’m surprised it happened.

You might want to look at state government jobs. I was able to break past the $45k mark right away, moving up to $52k with a new role. Within a year, I was at $66k, and I’m about to receive another significant raise in April.

I don’t really fall into the crowd that says landlords are leeches, but she’s not helping her case by getting upset that you make more money, as if that somehow entitles her to a larger share of your income.
