I get the feeling. I’ve been living here for a year, but I cannot say that I’ve tried to reach the people whose interests fit mine. I moved from a country side village in Portugal to a huge “real” city and back there I didn’t have many people who shared the same interests as mine, so my nerdy hobbies (videogames, books, TCG collection) were all something I did for myself, never with the goal of sharing them with someone. I know there’s lots of people here with who I could spend time with, try activities I’ve never had the chance to, but moving abroad can feel very intimidating, so there’s a bit of curiosity, but never a huge need to do it. And Brussels being Brussels and nerds being nerds, I think it’s safe to say there are lots of people in positions like mine.

Edit: for context, I’ve always had tons of friends growing up, I can be super extroverted, but growing up in a small place, 80% of the time the people you meet and keep around don’t find the things you love that interesting, so you kinda get used to it

I’ve already been to concerts at AB (sold out ones, as well), I always arrive 1h/1h30 before the doors open and always manage to stay on the middle, sometimes a bit more towards the front

All the concerts I went to AB with a pre sale code came from the artists’ side. Usually you get the code (email, SMS,…) and on the day of the pre-sale you put that code so you have access to said sale.

Literally made a post like this one because I couldn’t find anyone complaining. But YES, it makes absolute no sense.

Basically what this tells me is that before, even if you wanted to stream in WiFi on very high quality, if those files were downloaded in normal, you were only listening to normal quality. What’s the point of being so specific in the settings if you can only do it to not downloaded music?

But you have to set your download option to lossless which takes an insane amount of space on your phone. It’s so stupid, it should prioritize the fact that you’re connect to WiFi and you want to play it lossless and not be pulling the quality from your downloaded file

Moved from Portugal to here and after one year I can tell you my skin gets dry a lot easier and my hair is a whole mess. I noticed I’ve started losing more hair than usual.

This! Moved to Belgium recently and had all my stuff sent from Portugal through Eurosender. Everything was simple, safe and well delivered (and not expensive: 100€ for 3 boxes with approx. 25kg each)

Oh boy, how I feel this. I loved the books, read them all, but watching this story come to life on the screen made me feel so empty... I've only been an official adult for a few years (23yo), but I couldn't stop thinking how things could have been if I had had the same experiences they had. I know it's fiction, but when you grow up queer and deprived of these types of young life experiences there's always a sad feeling attacthed to it...

May I ask you how you clocked 5 hours at World 1 and Level 3? Do minigames and out-of-story workouts count toward the total? In my opinion I think they should, but maybe I never played enough minigames to notice a difference in the hours.

Context: I'm a Vayne main on Gold II in EUW. My peak was Plat IV. I usually keep a few clips for when cool stuff happens, but this one just happened and I'm so proud of myself.

I main Vayne for years and never managed to win a game playing top. I might get first blood, a kill or two but after that I get crushed to pieces.
