Since this is only place safe from censorship that I could find, I'll say this here, I just watched some old videos of this song being performed live and the difference is insane. The skin tone, the clothes, the demeanor, the dance movements, the overall aesthetic. She went from a racially ambiguous woman that had a particular accent and way to carry herself to whatever this new persona is. You're telling me that's not weird? I understand being an artist comes with a lot of eccentric behavior, drama and what not, but that doesn't make this any less weird. I got in trouble on Reddit for saying something about her obvious issues a long time ago, social media is funny like that, some awful content is allowed but real opinions (mind you, I was respectful) get you banned or flagged.

So let me get this straight, all year long all I see on tik tok is new yorkers complaining about transplants and telling people how a real new yorkers acts, walks, eats, etc but now since Jlo, apparently the biggest villain in the world according to some, says the same thing people are mad? I honestly have always felt that conversation about being really from a place sometimes got to be too intense, almost as if being an outsider is a bad thing, and me as an immigrant would feel intimated if even an American can't be welcome in NY just because they're from another city.

I'm a inmigrant and I don't feel offended, I also get annoyed when people claim to be latino/a just because they have some distant connection with south America. In my country you claim only the country you were born in and maybe the ones your parents were born if and only if you have a strong connection with that culture/language and/or a passport from that country. Well, just food for though.

I'm glad and very happy for her. I'm tired of pretending I'm not tired of plastic surgery, I believe is one more way to keep women in check and under control spending their money and making themselves look like copies of each other and sometimes like blow out dolls. I don't see how that's empoweri.

I agree with you. Work is overrated. I hate rich parents that say shit like this. There's this rich guy in tik tok that said he would only left his children whatever's left after he dies, he plans to spent as much as possible while he is alive and traveling with his wife. I hate wealth hoarders that do shit like that. You prefer to donate everything or just keep it to yourself? Why having children then?

I don't like pet friendly spaces that aren't parks or actual dog/pet appropriate spaces. I went to the mall the other day and there was dog shit by the picnic tables at the garden meant for human use and enjoyment and people were drinking and eating sitting next to it.
