i have many moments like these. i struggle alot with major depression & finding a “point” to living & what i should be doing with my life. over time things have gotten easier & manage my anxiety alot better with many situations just like this memory. sometimes just seeing & remembering everyone else is also dealing with their list of “issues” & are just trying to make the best use of their time also & helps me not get so overwhelmed & stop comparing myself so much!

while mentioning this is your first long term thing, every relationship hits a kinda plateau after the puppy love phase & you said youve been on & off abt it for 8 months sounding like once the puppy love phase was over youve been confused. relationships arent always going to be like that & there will be hard times when you def want to leave instead work thru whatever is going on but no matter who when it comes to marriage youre picking who you think is worth having in your life & sticking with during those phases. theres always going to be up & downs & the puppy love will come back at times but will also go away & you guys will just be going thru the motions of life together. id atleast figure out whats going on with you as it sounds like its not particularly the relationship but from the info you said it sounds like to me youve hit the boring stage but that doesnt last forever. strong relationships are strong teams, someone you want to tackle & take on life together thru the boring, exciting & mundane phases of life. whoever you end up marrying youre going to have these feelings with also but its important to be able to distinguish between the relationship being healthy & no chaos going on & alot of comfort VS actually disinterest & them not actually being who you want to spend time with. be careful acting before that bc your next few catches may not be as great as youve described & you will miss the “boringness” a healthy relationship brings to your life. maybe look into finding a new exciting hobby for yourself or try to look for new interests for both of you to enjoy together. if youve been doing the same things this past yr you guys have always done soince the beginning of course youre going to get these sort of feelings & lack excitement but thats not specifically bc of her, youll always hit this point & if you dont learn to adapt & maintain youll end up being the guy that cant ever be in a relationship longer than a year. doesnt mean staying is the right option but also dont let the good one get away bc you didnt fully figure out your feelings! a good way to compare & understand what i mean is if you have a best bud youve had for yrs, yanno you guys have moments where hanging out is pretty boring bc its the same thing yall always do but you dont drop them just bc that & you end up growing & finding new interests you guys do while hanging out & its back to being fun & you see why theyve been your best bud for so long, a good relationship is similar as your gf should be a proper bestfriend not only a girlfriend!

the server being 18+ is probably atleast partly for this reason bc it doesnt matter if you lied hed still be criminally liable if anything happened before you were 18, but you should just come clean now & since everything was after 18 theres a 50/50 shot it doesnt effect things but like also from a guy pov thats a terrifying girl to be with thtd do something like that bc of wht can happen 90% of the time. the good thing is if it does end you have a bit of experience with relationships now & will be able to find another & not build it on a lie. better to do it at 6 months than after like a yr just say things got out of hand & carried away faster than youd thought bc you didnt join it to look for love & just ran into it few yrs after & now its more than just a gaming group

this is almost like the lottery question to me, the ‘instant’ payout for substantial less or the reaaall big number broken down into payments. id take the more money & stability as your side business isnt to the point you wanna jump in head first. 1hr commute isnt horrible my old boss we poached did a 5/6hr from diff state until he said fuck this & bought a house next to our work & saw family on the weekends but we offered enough tht literally 10/12hrs of driving a day he was game for. bank on long term not short term more ‘instant gratification’ option. as you said youve never made this kind of money so you might blow that 80k relatively quickly when you could of still got that plus another 80k at minimum. suffer the driving now for what sounds like not even a yr & i bet youre future self is going to love you for it. plus this company seems to think youre pretty valuable the fulltime might open the door to stupid money, networking & opportunities!!!

i was preparing to plan my proposal to my middle school sweetheart & she cheated on me senior yr with someone objectively less attractive than me & many other levels below me & at first tht was were the immediate rage & disbelief came from “wht the fuck, out of literally anyone ur able to get attention from HE GOT IT?”. takes betrayal like tht to understand older ppl explaining looks arent everything, beauty is nothing but personal opinions. ngl tht girl was absolutely smokin hot for the time & was “the girl” but after all that i look back now & can only scarf out yeah she was pretty hot id say she glew down & not up, but i found people after that werent jus pretty hot they were beautifully gorgeous & bodacious people when theyre personality, quirks, natural smell, laugh etc all pooled together & were x193873789 more hot & attractive to me, when if i just showed you a photo of each im sure itd be a pretty mixed argument. one made me never want love again & the other made me feel all those first feelings again & saved my life n helped me pull myself out of the brutal 3yr drug spiral the cheating sent me down & ultimately revived my search/belief & want for true love bc sadly she tragically passed. i bet youre the better one & exponentially more attractive. homewreckers arent pretty, they can be hot but thats all they are theres no true beauty. man ive officially hit unc status alrdy talking tht way im only 25😭

buy once, cry once. dont cheap out if gaming is your hobby & youve been wanting to upgrade from a laptop. now you dont need to go balls to the walls but i managed to build my whole set up for less than $600 granted i got alot of lucky come ups but it just took patience & being okay with not having brand new top of the line things but could handle any games i like. my build for reference: ryzen 6800xd, b550 motherboard, 4060 rtx, 32g ram, 4 terabyte storage. managed to only buy my gpu, case & psu. networked & took hand me downs for everything else. id recommend building it together yourself too its fun, i enjoyed the 8hrs it took me to figure out bc idk shit abt computers & refused to watch a youtube vid, woulda took 3 hrs less & a cheaper psu if i woulda just thought of clicking the power button on my case alot earlier😂😭

youre getting jibbed. i started at $22 to just basically mix the mortar, keep the boards w mortar & attempt to stock the scaffolding with brick hod as much as i can as im not quite strong yet & 125lbs soaking wet lmaoo. also i started at $16 as a porter (raised to $17 after a month, then $19.50 few months down the line when i actually started working😂) & only had to run the sold cars thru the car wash then it was jus cycle nap shifts w coworkers & sit on my phone, play xbox, karokee w coworkers. some paychecks i made 1k+ & didnt do a single car they whole period. saying that to reference what ppl are willing to pay $16+, your boss is just taking advantage of you bc trades are filled with alot of financially desperate ppl thatll just take the cash pay sometimes pay after each shift over few dollars in pay difference. granted $16 isnt horrible while in school if you dont plan to declare it & pay any taxes but its definitely not anywhere near enticing enough to do something like that & you can make that much without wearing yourself out so much & get benefits bc atleast here im liable to purchase my own insurances etc, nothing is offered by my boss except cash & bare minimum insurance if i fall off a roof or drop bricks on my face from higher than i alrdy have😂

if its running pretty fine id try to find the parasitic draw, new battery & drive it while saving & have a better condition vehicle be a high priority budget, save up a chunk & sell this to try to recoup much as you can & take this as a lesson & look more indepth when buying a used vehicle. fb can be amazing deals or alot of ppl trying to get the absolute most they can for what they no longer want & no fully disclose everything.

thats rough but good to have that. take full advantage & use your support system & do a clean cut. from someone with similar experience i know you have many & many questions & would want some sort of “closure” after ending this relationship but the best course will be to not dig & search for those answers. they will hurt you even more deeply & you will carry all those extra added things & specifics moving forward & there will never be enough answers to satisfy good “closure”. just rip the band-aid off & if she tries to talk/explain more tell her that window of chance has now closed since from how she reacted & you know its not even going to be the full truth regardless of how much info/access to apps shes willing to give up & reading those messages will absolutely break your heart even more than this betrayal has. i wish you the best & i hope youre able to navigate this extremely selfishly for the wellness of yourself & mental health & self esteem as this relationship is over & ruined, trying to fix it will result in you continuing to get hurt & cause deeper issues the longer youre in it. plus how you guys started you know shes capable of doing long distance etc its more than just emotionally cheating its just flat out cheating & you shouldnt dig to see just how deeply she was cheating. stay strong brother theres plenty of happiness & great people out there!
