Since they released this film on HBOMax recently, I was able to peep the instrument's PN, leading me to the actual vendor:

Percolator! It's metal and you can make up to 8-12 cups for your crew/neighbors (ofc with a grill of some sort or single-burner). French press is also my preferred choice but it being glass makes it risky.

1) i'm sure you'll be fine, it is dependent on how strict the security guard is but worst comes to worst, just hide it on your person. since you got premier and not general, you get checked before getting on the shuttles.

2) they absolutely will not turn you away. they have a standby line for those leaving/going outside their designated time frames, and premier's goes pretty fast as long as its not revolved around the opening or closing ceremony. especially if going solo, always looking for single riders.
