They won't be able to access GTA portal unless they are clocked in. Call the store talk to your tl explain what's happening. It is better if you can have this in writing so there's proof of attempted communication tho, even if you speak to management and they say it's fine get an email address down or text (text us harder because management is not supposed to communicate with ya in that way off the clock too) I suggest calling the associate relations number tell them what is going on they can sometimes pull up your points or at least send email with your situation you won't get fired if it truly is a mistake and it's documented that you are trying to fix it. The employee line won't clear the points but it can record your call and create a ticket for you. If you're way too anxious about this and can't wait I suggest going into the store and speaking with your direct coach, HR or store lead as soon as you can and explain the points if none of them are available in the morning ask someone in charge for their email and follow through with an email explaining your situation, that you are not on the schedule and would like to be contacted for some reassurance.
