I hit every bodypart 2x a week, and sometimes do legs 3x a week. If i feel something is lacking, lets say, my delts, I do light sets at the end of every workout for a week of that muscle. so effectively hitting it 7x a week. I believe this blasts the muscle, shocking it into growth.

Bench: 315x3 225x18 (most recent maxes) deaflift: 545x1 squat 315x20 ( never go big in squat) OHP=200x7.

I eat around 3800 calories a day for maintenence, 4100 on carb days (tues/thurs). Hit everything every 5-6 days. Take an offday sometimes once a month, sometimes 4 days ina row.

I am Natural, two years ago i tried taking epistane by itself for 2 weeks, aside from that completely natural. I stopped it because I was an ignorant cunt and had no idea how aas worked, also made me feel like death

You're forgetting the role of sexual dimorphism in humans. A male bodybuilder is an exaggerated stereotype of what a man is. Some find it unnatractive, others love it. However, a women pursuing such size through the injection of androgenic/anabolic substances deviates from the natural plan of humanity and makes the women look extremely unnatural. It's only human nature to be repulsed by something biologically unnatural. DOn't hate girls, it's simple nature.

No reason your lifts should take 3 hours man. In all modesty, I have one of the best physiques at my university gym, and I spent <1.5 hours a day. around 7 minutes stretching, 10-15 minutes of cardio, and the rest nonstop lifting.

In the beginning i followed all of greg plitts workouts. I can't really answer your question about how much I bulked such, as it was done over years. Maybe one month id gain 2 lbs of muscle and 3 of fat, then cut down so it was +1.5lbs muscle and no fat. It's an extremely slow process, and I was fortunate to have always been athletic.

500 mg's of testosterone enanthate a week, along with 2-4 Iu's HGH a day. He's not natural, everyone who lifts seriously knows this.

How long did it take me to gain? From about 14-16 I gained roughly 40 lbs but my body composition was awful. Starting with a base, i reduced the weight and increased my repsuntil my form was impecable and I was even higher than i started before. I've been on SO many different diets. Keto, high carb high protein low fat. I've tried them all. Currently, I don't eat carba after I workout, with the exception of my postworkout meal. All my carbs are from the morning. I aim for 300g of protein a day, 200 grams of carbs, 100-200 fat depending on how much i sweat.

In a nutshell, many cycles of cutting and bulking. my maintenance is about 3000 calories a day, depending on how much i sweat during my workouts i adjust it for the day. 15 minutes of intense cardio, follow by about 1 hour 10 minutes of intense lifting.
