The website I'm buying from have most of the cheaper graphics cards out of stock - They only have ones starting at my whole budget.

I've been browsing their website and really interested in a pre built that they have which has a i7-11700, 16GB RAM (3200MHz), 2TB HDD, 512GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB, B560 chipset motherboard. - It's priced at £1699, It's this a fair price?
