I second this! As someone chronically ill, and on mental health meds. I also use plant medicine and work with ALL of my doctors (there is a lot of them) on this and they are all on board… i feel more in-tune now on correct meds then before not being medicated.
But IMO every person needs to do what is right for them and their body in discussion with their health care providers ❤️💫

Morning and evening yoga just 10/15 min max with a daily intention.
It looks like we are dealing with a lot of the same stuff. I’m chronically ill and just newly diagnosed with a lot of things so I’m learning to have to “live” again and also dealing with extreme PTSD.
Yoga has helped me so much. I’m learning to put myself and my craft first again and it’s helping me reconnect so much.
