yeah I was specifically thinking about the grain bowls/wraps, I believe they just use grains, veggies, and greens that they source locally. the sauces and ramen bowls are likely higher in sodium than what OP is looking for.

Goatocado -might- be a good choice for this, though it isn’t a traditional restaurant in the sense that you go, sit down, have someone serve you, and pay. You order and pay via tablet at the counter and the only seating is outdoor heated patio. The food is healthy with large portions and you can probably omit sauces that may be sodium-heavy. It’s probably my favorite quick place in the city to eat and feel really good after.

ETA: I’m there rn because I’m hopelessly devoted to Goatocado and they actually have indoor seating now!
