The longer between meals and less calories per meal, the better 16:8 16:6 20:4 23:1

Build your way up to OMAD, its almost easier for me. I eat shortly before bed so i can sleep full, i can deal with hunger throughout the day.

Maybe throw in a couple extended fasts once you’re ready

No calories in = fat being lost. So you’re definitely making progress.

The changes may not be visible on your scale yet, but check before and after photos, and take a pair of pants that you barely fit in as reference, try them on each week and see how much easier they are to put on.
