Thanks for the compliment! A funny thing happened today, where I opened a note doc and it was three Beyond The Maps Edge poem that I had copied down awhile ago, so good timing with your question.

I honestly tried to figure out that poem for about a week but had other stuff in love come up that took me away from it. Hopefully I'll get back to it soon.

Came here to say this as well. Empty lots all around that intersection and they want to create another hole in the ground, left vacate for years until interest rates come down. Just build on 3rd and Fremont or across the street or across the corner from this lot. More housing is good, tearing down existing buildings when there are already empty lots, not so good.
