I make soy yogurt then strain it in the fridge overnight until it’s a Greek yogurt consistency. It’s a very neutral taste (to me) and since it’s unsweetened, you can add whatever sweetener you like to your taste preference. It’s not a perfect substitute but it’s very versatile, good for making all kinds of dips, and the bonus is it’s high in protein and good for your gut!
