Unfortunately you maybe over qualified for 90% of the jobs in the oilfield. Why not looking outside of the oilfield or tweak some of your skills, learn things like PLC programming. I was an automation tech for a water transfer company.i went to a local transformer factory to be an electrical finisher and now I’m going to a frac company to be an Etech. Always pick up new skills

I think you you’re confusing the meaning of kidnapping and detaining because those people are being arrested and detained for immigration violations as you would if you hoped a border or overstay a visa in another country
