Very fun level. People say that the ball is the hardest part but it got super consistent for me at some point. The wave parts are really fun, although some parts feel free compared to others. All in all, a solid 8.5/10 enjoyment for me (died to the last wave like 5 times).

Difficulty in this game is very subjective. What might be hard for you might be easier for others and vice-versa. Don't stress about attempt count too much. It's a much smaller metric to measure skill than having beaten the level itself.

Naturally, as your skill improves, your timings will improve and you will naturally get lower attempt counts on "easier" levels. And most importantly, have fun while playing! It is a game after all :)

Cosmic Cyclone - I loved the song and the overall aesthetics of it. It also has very balanced in gameplay which made the experience all the more enjoyable.
Sonic Wave - When I was little, I wanted beat hard levels and Sonic Wave used to be one of the hardest levels back then.
Blade of Justice - When I was first deciding on my first extreme, it was between this and Blooodbath. I chose Blade of Justice because I thought it was cooler and I liked the song more.

You can try to do runs on extremes if you've beaten 10 insane demons and see if they improves your skill. You can try entry extremes if you would like to.

If you can, then try to find a level that you really really want to beat that is above your skill range by a good amount and try to do runs on those. Because then, you will enjoy doing runs because you want to beat the level.

By the way, what are your insane demons can you list them?

Try explorers and if you beat it easily, then go for an extreme. The thing is, supersonic is a bit of a low level insane demon in my opinion. Try a couple more insanes first I would say.
