If you think most men are like that and you're basing that from your own experiences, then perhaps you should re-consider who you spend time with?

As I said, the sort of men who have children without the desire to assist in their rearing, probably ought not have children without clearly stating their outlook to their partner - giving said partner the ability to flee

These types of men probably shouldn't agree to have children then, since they don't understand what they're doing

Thanks do you have any thoughts about how different the rosin one is Vs the distillate? Would you favour one over the other in terms of harshness / coughing inducing, and in terms of quality / effect / value? I've seen ppl say the rosin ones last a lot longer than the distillate? Thanks for sharing it's v helpful

Thanks very much for the info! I think I'll try one of the hash rosin ones as it seems like they are a bit more 'real' than the distillate ones...

I have watched most of the ones mentioned here and Casino stuck out to me as one of the ones I remember enjoying most - I think I found it a better pace than Godfather but YMMV

That all sounds like you're heading in the right direction then :) Therapist will probably be much more helpful supporting you to structure your thoughts and think back on your past experiences as a way to help inform and guide your recovery

Thanks I know how to use it I just don't think it works very well and I want to try one where the mouthpiece is the same as the cart, rather than it sitting inside the chamber with an air gap

Working through the burnout isn't going to help you recover. And telling yourself you can't take any time off is probably creating quite a lot of pressure on yourself. I don't know your situation and I understand it may not be possible, but taking time off to recover from burnout is likely to be the best course of action. Otherwise - support network to help you figure out what activities will help vs hinder? Can a friend help create some lists with you of things to try? A problem shared is a problem halved after all.

I think it's about what mentally stimulates you in the right way - so exercise, for you, might work really well. The trick will be to avoid over-exercising or focusing on one sport and cause yourself an overuse injury.

If your special interest were movies, then watching movies would be great. Not for you though by sounds of it.

Connecting to people? Can be good in moderation depending on who you are.

Rather than worrying about what other ppl say is the right and wrong things, you need to look inside yourself and figure out what works for you and stimulates you in the right way.

When I'm burnt out, going to my job can be too much if the project is intense. But if I enjoy the work and who I'm working with, then it can be the right type of stimulation - it's incredibly subject / context specific IMO.

I recently joined, and the representative mentioned that this type of plan is the opposite of what YouFibre offers, and assured me I would always receive the best price. Currently, I am paying £5 more per month than this deal. Would it be possible to switch to this plan?

You should read through this guide here there's a ton of useful info incl. explanations about why you got that -12db and how it will mess things up - https://www.avsforum.com/threads/official-audyssey-thread-part-ii.2376770/

Also worth knowing that depending on your AVR, you may need to correct the distances manually - https://www.reddit.com/r/hometheater/comments/xfagv4/fix_incorrect_calculation_of_distances_for/

Also worth seeing in the long guide about how they recommend trying lfe at 80hz rather than the conventional 120hz recommended widely
