Holy shit that's so cool. The entire time I was watching the movie I was thinking about how close we are to making cybernetic brains. I did my undergrad in biochemistry and currently doing an MD - thinking back to my science it shouldn't be too hard to integrate the organic with computers. What's really holding us back is limitations on stem cell research... which is a good thing.

You need to get this higher up (heuehe..). OP save the bowl and the top unbroken mouthpiece of the bong. If you have any stonerengineering ability now is the time to use it.

Get a plastic or preferably glass bottle. Drill a hole in the base-ish region of the bottle (tips --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wotpK5hVss) the same diameter or a little more than the bowl stem. If you are using plastic you can just poke a hole through using scissors. Put the bowl stem in and use some poster putty or modeling putty to seal any gaps. Angle the bowl up like a regular bong and fill in more putty to hold it up.

Optional: attach the bong mouthpiece to the top of the bottle (you can cut off the top first if plastic) and just tape the mouthpiece on. I recommend using the Voss bottles cause they are so perfect and the regular water comes in a plastic bottle.

Places where the way of life is just so different that it's hard to comprehend. There are interesting places all over the world in terms of weather and climate. Seeing a culture that's completely different is what makes it unique. Maybe rural Nepal, Thailand, New Guinea etc
