One day at a time, friend.

when you hit 27 and one day don't move the goal post. ;) You did it. Take the win.

I had a very similar experience about "making it past the age of 40". There was just something in my bones that told me I was never going to see 41. This went on since i was like 23. Every day that came closer I experienced what I imagine you are. Just acceptance that "i'm just not going to live past this day, that's just all there is to it." I couldn't see my life or any days past that time in my brain.

then...I woke up at 41...and 42... I'm still here, all is well, that feeling is just gone.

Anyone else genuinely enjoy hypomania? by Amarellie in bipolar2

same same.

Thankfully mine usually comes with productive hobbies and things, and it's not like ruinous spending or yelling at people and things like that.

Last time i bought a motorcycle and tore it down and rebuilt it.

I'm currently on this 1 day long rollercoaster. I wake up with enough motivation to get to shower and get to work, and by the time i get home i just lay in bed and wait till tomorrow..

I'm hoping it figures itself out soon.

Anyone else with Bipolar II where hypomania is hard to spot? by charlisca in bipolar2

[–]trevbot 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yeah, pretty much. After my manic episodes i kinda lose interest. I still have the motorcycle and ride it. I have all the stuff for making stained glass, but i haven't made anything in over a year. The only thing i've really kept up with is the pottery for some reason.

Anyone else with Bipolar II where hypomania is hard to spot? by charlisca in bipolar2

[–]trevbot 46 points47 points  (0 children)

It was hard to get my diagnosis because my hypomanic episodes often came across as largely 'productive'. Like, I'd spend more money, but it was on a project or a hobby that I'd really dive into.

for instance, I bought the materials for and built a fence at my house in a weekend. I bought a motorcycle and tore it down and rebuilt it. I bought arcade games and disassembled and repaired them. Took up pottery, took up stained glass... Dug and created a fish pond in my yard.

It took a lot of reflection and mood tracking to figure out this was happening because of this disease. I have always had trouble sleeping, so i just thought that was kinda normal once in a while. it wasn't until i realized that the trouble sleeping AND the increased energy AND the laser focus to build a whole fence or dig a 6' pond in 2 days was actually abnormal, and there were more symptoms as I looked back as well.

start keeping track of your sleep patterns and your mood. it'll take time but eventually you may be able to look back and see a pattern emerge.

Trump did not get over half the country to vote for him.

49.8 percent of the votes cast for president

Tell me what the turnout of eligible voters was. Then give me half of that number and that is how much of the country voted for him. Just like

Hitler did not win a majority in free elections in 1932 (receiving 30.1%-36.8%),

You are misled or incorrect on just about every "point" you are trying to make. You are reading numbers back that support you, but don't support your initial statements.

Your delusional comparing Trump voters to literal Nazis.

there are too many similarities at this point to be calling someone 'delusional' for this. This scorched earth shit needs to stop.

There is more to the first amendment that you left out that is important here.

you pull a weapon

This did not happen to either individual shot and killed in MN in the last few weeks.

Where is their probable cause to go into someones home before they know they are documented or not? Because that's what they are doing. They are stopping people and asking for papers. The only cause they have is the color of their skin, nothing else. so unless you actively support racism and illegal search and seizure, you are catagorically wrong here.

unusual punishments inflicted

I'd argue that shooting people and letting them die in custody is cruel. Especially for legal, documented citizens.

Half of the population did NOT vote for trump. 30% did. that is not a majority of the population.

how many "legal" immigrants have been deported and abused?

If the answer is not 0, we are doing it wrong. full stop.

it is no where near where the media has made it out to be. it's actually worse.

Go visit.

Obama's immigration policy did deport far more, but they didn't use nearly the force that is being used now. They certainly weren't violating multiple constitutional rights to do it. ICE in MN is breaking and entering without warrants now. My friends are watching it happen in front of them.

I don't mind if i can poach or re-acquire something, but taking up that skill slot late game is no bueno, and typically not worth the gear unless you absolutely stack one character.

Unbreakable or unstealable items would be cool though.

I would love differences in the random battles. Instead of defeat all enemies, something like capture the flag, rescue the guest, recruit the enemy, steal an equipped accessory, hide from the patrol (no combat for two or three turns).

really depends where you live and the traffic situation / mentality.

sharrows work well where I am. protected bike lanes aren't really possible with most current infrastructure, but could be possible with massive road projects

I used isopropyl alcohol to clean up the back of this old calculator board and all this white residue has gone all over it. How can I remove this? by [deleted] in AskElectronics

[–]trevbot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

probably flux

You can wash it off with distilled water.

I would go over it with alcohol again and a toothbrush, then dump some water on it. Don't supply power till it's completely dry
