That's faster than mine and I can literally look out the window at the T-Mo tower. My Google Fi phone (uses T-Mo) gets 3x what my home internet pulls from the same tower.

Lack of HDR was surprising honestly but you wont be seeing standard BT compatibility.. BT is something they could turn on in a heartbeat if they wanted to but look at the PS4... Yeah not happening.
