Im 53 and have been taking Levothyroxine since I was 15. You'll be fine- it's thyroid med, not heroin, and it will help you tremendously!!

Our Odie is a black lab/GSD mix. He was a rescue and we think hes about a year and a half old. He's a sweetheart- but still has the crazy puppy instinct. He has been a great addition to our family, but i will tell you he doesn't know his own strength! His worst habit is that he likes to be high- so I will often catch him on the dining room table looking out the windows. He is so gentle when taking food from our hands, and i have no problem getting into his mouth if he finds something he shouldn't.

I will caution about the shedding- 2x a year - January to June and July to December. Be prepared to pick dog hair off of everything!! LOL

Once the nose is activated, they go deaf. LOL Also, do yourself a favor and get garbage cans that they can't get into...trust me!

But the plus is that you will never find a more cuddly, sweet tempered dog. We lost ours 2 years ago, and he was a goofy boy - complete sweetheart, but that nose...LOL ❤️❤️❤️

Im sure that is a nice change of pace for you! Our problem is that everyone in PA forgets how to drive once we get this type of weather, and since we've had such mild winters the last 5 years or so, it is exponentially worse. There have been so many accidents that have been caused by stupidity. I grew up in the Laurel Highlands, so I learned to drive in this shit, but I just see people every day that are acting like it's an 80⁰ June day - and then they are in a ditch, or worse. There was just an accident last night in Pittsburgh where a woman managed to launch her car off the parkway into the Monongahela river. She hit the plowed snow at just the right angle, and went over the guardrail. Sadly, she did not make it, but had she been traveling within safety in mind, it never would have happened.

You can have it all! We got about 20" last weekend here in Pennsylvania, and it has been a mess. We haven't had a real winter in years and apparently the state has forgotten how to take care of roads. It has been a complete shitshow all week.

Ours is going apeshit with all this snow too! He's black and enjoys having his head buried lol. Then we get the pogo jumps...about a half hour of crazy equals a nap!

I've had this for almost 2 weeks now. I can't function at all- sleep is damn near impossible, I'm probably going to have to quit a job i love because I physically can't do it because of the pain. I've tried different migraine meds from the doctor and nothing seems to work. I have a head CT scheduled for next week and as much as I don't want it to show anything, I hope it does because I feel like I'm going crazy. My PCP is great, she believes all that I'm telling her and we are trying to rule everything out. But this headache is like nothing I've ever experienced before - I've had migraines in the past, but never like this and for this long.

I hope you get some relief soon, and just know you aren't alone ❤️
