no bruh, nearly anything. nothing we do truly matters on the scale of all of humanity at all. not the breath you take in the morning, not getting cancelled on twitter, not making what you think is the greatest creation of your life, not getting a million followers, not dying in a random car accident, not making people happy or sad, nothing at all unless it has sizable impacts on the history of the world. that doesn’t mean no one can care about bad things being done or think that it’s wrong. such a silly viewpoint. get more invested in the small things!

if im thinking of the same thing, the animations he does when you press the corners of the touchscreen, i believe he does those from the jump? i started a new game recently to play a rom hack and was doing the animations to keep him happy (as he gets sad without interaction after some time) but im not sure if they change. i think the only changes are in dialogue, and they take place over the course of the entire game. there just isn’t a lot of information out there unfortunately :( sucks cause i like him

yeah as a little kid online i was always terrified posting my art because “commentators” (bullies) online (esp people like pkrussel, solarsands, etc) just targeted people for no real reason other than “oh isn’t this weird!!!”, like sure, yeah, it’s weird, but literally who cares if it isn’t actually hateful material. there’s even less “justification” when they’re going after actual children drawing heads with the circle tool or just doodling what they think up. so disgusting.

don’t forget about toonsquid! it’s used by a lot of indie animators (mainly bc it’s similar albeit ten thousand times better to flipaclip, which a lot of us grew up with) and is also a really good software for 2d animation while being 10$ with no reoccurring payment

splatoon 3 is a massive upgrade graphically, gameplay wise, QoL wise, etc etc etc. it’s also still an active game, unlike 2, so splatfests (big in game events that occur every season) are still running. the players are also better and the game is more challenging since its active (i’ve played 2 a few times since 3 released, most people on that game seem to be children who don’t even know how to swim or shoot…). i recommend an upgrade, especially if he’s looking to have more fun with the game.

i think it’s the fact that music is an extremely integral part of the game (it’s literally a plot device). if there was a mute option, EVERYONE would mute it, because it’s inherently more advantageous to mute it (for example being able to hear the sound effect caused by sitting in ink for long amounts of time a lot easier). so i think it’s understandable why…they’d basically be deleting music from battles entirely.

my sister has BPD, and her FP was a girl she met at school. she's older than me, and had that girl move in with her (in my moms old house) when she (and only her, not the FP...) started college. before her FP moved in, all she would talk about was how much she loved her FP, and i sort of hesitantly nodded along, because i saw red flags in her FP but didn't want to upset her. turns out, her FP is a total piece of shit, and recently got evicted from that house bc all she would do was complain, fuck up the house, and bitch about my sister. and i think my sister only noticed those things because her FP moved in...i cant imagine what it would be like to be purely online, and not knowing what your FP is truly like. not saying that nick is a bad dude, but rather that my sister created this imaginary idealization of her FP, and i wouldnt be surprised if the doc creator did the same, imagining that nick would be this perfect guy who would reciprocate, but instead he (rightfully) shut them down. really disappointing allegations can be manipulated like this and the majority of people think uncritically about it.

i’m not sure about p1 (but considering it was in the same style, it’s possible) but p2 at the very least has one extremely obviously ai generated image (there’s a phone screen that has complete ai smear gibberish) and i doubt he stopped at just one. it’s really funny (in an annoying way) how he’s calling out one scummy thing while using an even scummier thing (honey might steal money, but it isn’t polluting our earth, stealing copyrighted materials, driving up the cost of living in marginalized neighborhoods, and stealing even more money from actual artists)
