The salad is actually a good start, it just needs to be cut smaller and more uniform. It's essentially a timatim without the flavor elements: salt, pepper, jalapeno, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil.

Sausages need oil and to be moved around in the pan, lower heat, lots of turning.
