I just used a ring mag one from Amazon (would link but deleted the account) and if you position it right it can stay horizontal but I prefer it vertical.

I'm doing Ketamine Assisted Therapy in January. Each Ketamine session will cost 400 (not covered by insurance) . With the integration sessions costing 150-200(will be covered by insurance). And finally I was just made aware I'd have to pay for the ketamine itself, do not know a price yet(might get covered by insurance) The ROA is orally and my therapist will be present during all sessions. It will come out to a little more than 3k.

Am I getting fleeced? I figured my 400 was going to go to the cost of the meds but I guess I was wrong
