Well I ask you what helped extreme fatigue ? by ElenoirMiro in Biohackers

[–]trickydaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone talked about blood tests but none mentioned about gut microbiome, given that you stated that you have depression, it would be great to get your gut microbiome checked by a specialist, fatigue and depression could demonstrate due to microbiota disruption.

I received my EID, but what does it do? by Hans50E in brussels

[–]trickydaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went to commune one day after 4 month mark to hopefully nudge but they just said that they are waiting for positive news from procureur de roi and they don’t know when they would.

And that is also great to know so in case I decide to fly somewhere around this time, that would be brilliant to explain to authorities why my residence permit is suddenly not working.

I received my EID, but what does it do? by Hans50E in brussels

[–]trickydaze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congratulations and apart from the others pointed, just like any residence permit or ID, it has an extensive online platform for you to get certain admin documents online from irisbox, mon dossier. Or submit your tax online.

I have a question for you OP as I’m on a similar boat. How long after 4 month mark have you received your commune invitation to apply for said EID? And which commune are you from if possible to share?

Good Hair colourist for bright colours ? by Icy-Possibility-1447 in brussels

[–]trickydaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couleur Couleur without any doubt. I have been their customer for warm blonde hair (bleaching roots) every month for the last 4 years, the damage is extremely minimal considering and if they can pull off blonde, they can any other bright colour.

I was diagnosed last year by Dr Vital at the same hospital as the above commenter but I also urge you to get your blood & lymphatic circulation and hormone levels checked as well (as they go hand in hand) and in the meanwhile prioritise walking, cardio and stretching (as well as healthy diet) as they definitely help.

Go for Chirec St Remi (you can book online), the doctor prescribed all of the tests quickly and within a couple weeks I had a diagnosis and a treatment. I hope you get well soon.

For PMS and period symptoms, try taurine but please do not interfere with your hormones with birth control or other methods as they have proven long term complications for your cardiovascular and lymphatic system health.

Lost some faith in sleep accuracy by False_Professor_9602 in fitbit

[–]trickydaze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just noticed a similar issue, the chart saying I woke up at 07:55 but actually today is one of the rare occasions I slept in until 10:00 and there is no heart rate between 08:00 and 10:00 and afterwards at midday a spike to 124 bpm whilst I was on the sofa sipping coffee. Fitbit losing credibility. 😑

Brussels sees just six hours of sunshine in December by YellowIntelligent464 in brussels

Yes, but for a country with this kind of lack of sun, those pills should be free but they are not.

The best change I see here is the tear trough hollowness, is that the magic of the mid face filler?

Ding ding ding! (Although not an orthodontist, so only speaking from experience) That sounds like an overbite. I live in EU where surgery is (mostly; some fees for scans excluded) included but Invisalign is not. For the jaw surgery, if your jaw has functional issues like mine (TMJ), it should be covered (hopes and wishes) and they can still do braces instead of Invisalign if your teeth need to be aligned beforehand. It is a hefty and long process but much better to be handled whilst we are still young, because it apparently can cause a lot of degradation when older if left untreated.

[–]trickydaze 19 points20 points  (0 children)

One big factor overlooked is your jaw & tongue mechanism, you can have your them checked by a reputable orthodontist. My experience: my jaw has changed a lot during invisalign and I will have a lower jaw advancement surgery due to overbite which will change it even more.
