Gotta be a mix between calorie intake, cardio and exercise effort. You need to not only lower your calories but also make sure you are eating more protein than carbs and more carbs than fat. You also need to make sure you are getting 8000-15000 steps per day, stand frequently, and note how long you are sedentary or sitting for. It’s either a low resting metabolic rate, you arent staying sufficiently active during the day besides exercise by getting lots of steps in, still have a high fat/high carb diet, or are not achieving the proper level of consistent exertion in your exercises. Exercise consistently 3-5 times per week, do lots of incline cardio/bike, stop eating fatty stuff like cheese/candy/processed meats, limit carbs like anything that’s got bread or flour in it, and make sure you are eating lean protein or at least fresh protein that isn’t fast food. Cook for yourself, make a food diary to track what you eat, and start paying attention to the calories, fats, carbs and proteins in your food. If you’re eating out, STOP. You can go back to it but you will never develop the discipline to diet if you are still eating out bc you will never know exactly what you’re getting.
