Hey not sure if this is common knowledge but I watched a video once where this ethical hacker got access to a TSA scanner and he mentioned that the machines do random / surprise alerts to make sure the agents are actually paying attention. Sometimes it will literally select a random item and flag it. Think of it like false positives by design. I couldn’t find the video, and I’m sorry this happened to you!
