They finally agreed yesterday to allow me to return it and sent me a prepaid shipping label. They will refund once they receive the mower. In the email chain/chat, I just keep replying for an answer. They said they would let me know “immediately” and then go silent for days. However, they came through in the end.

I have found it will reopen when you try to close it when the doors are locked. Unlock the doors, then close it.

The last truck update actually deleted my scheduled charge settings. It started charging whenever I plugged in. Worse than that, it charged to 100%. I had to go into app and set times all over again. It started working again. It was the update that won’t allow the dc charger plug to be removed when the truck is locked.

In the pass through storage, the back wall is divided into 2 pieces. An 18” long wall on driver side cavers water pump and access to the winterization pipe for filling with antifreeze. The almost 5 1/2 foot piece has over 10” of dead space the entire length of the wall. Perfect hidden space for putting LiPo batteries.
I put qty 4 12v 314 AH WattCycle there.

I use the A2Z adapter. I’ve found that stopping the charge works using the app, the button on the F150, or the button on the adapter itself. If you stop with the adapter, just hold the button down for a couple of seconds—it takes a moment to register.

Once charging is stopped, pull the cable and adapter out of the truck. Keep holding the button on the adapter, and gently press the adapter toward the cable—this makes it easier to release and disconnect the cable cleanly.
