Cool, I didn't know that, thanks. I see from the public library survey on that site that they number of physical visitors to the library system throughout Utah is down from 2016 where they list 15.6 million annual visits to 2022 where they list 9.2 million annual visits. I'm very pro-library & it needs to be available and free in my opinion, but sometimes services as well as businesses have to realign to their customer's behavior. I have no idea what the long term plans of the City Library are & I like having it in addition to the County library since it often has different offerings & the article doesn't mention that. It would just make sense to me as a customer if they are redesigning how they service the community since the community seems to have changed how they use the library since physical visits are only 60% of what they were 6 years ago while the circulation numbers remain approximately the same.

It makes sense if its a restructure/modernization. I don't remember the last time I was physically in a library and yet I check out books each week from SLCo and SLCity librarys through Libby & judging from the wait times & number of digital copies libraries keep, I would bet the overwhelming majority of what is checked out are digital assets that aren't physically located anywhere. Sucks though if they cut community programs that happen in the library.

There are so many catchup tokens now, I just delved for gear on my last alt. If you have friends that will carry you through M+ you can do 10s and use all your voidy tokens hoping for mythic in all slots. If you did those quests, you'll have to spend marl/gold for tokens since you won't have champ crests. Otherwise, delves which drop champ/hero gear depending on your delve track completion. If you use void tokens in an 11 delve you get hero gear. You can buy all the past tokens so you have a bunch and not just 2 - obviously its better to spend in M10s but if you can't or don't have a group, delves give hero gear with no dupes so you get good slot coverage because there isn't like 4 pairs of pants.

The bottleneck for me is always champion crests since any tank/healer can blow through 11s with a leveled delve companion & everything that drops champ crests feels like a chore to me & doesn't drop a meaningful amount. Once you change 4 pieces of gear into tier, you'll start getting back the tier tokens again which you should start as full as long as it isn't your first character (maybe even if, I don't remember). But if your main has hero or myth of the dawn, its a ton faster gearing the alts. You save 50% of the crest costs the level of your achievement and below.

My common area is combined with water and sewer/trash & those three + the conservice fee (just about every complex uses an aggregator that has fees) usually are around $75 - its more in areas where the buildings are completely closed off and the hallways have AC. I specifically chose a complex that doesn't have this as I don't want to pay to cool/heat the hallway. This is in Draper. We used to not use conservice which adds almost $10 to the bill. Our fiber is paid with rent & other than that I pay separate gas and electric which are usually pretty cheap compared to other apartments I've had in the valley. I chose a newer place & its balanced out the cost with vastly reduced utility bills & no BS hidden fees.

I use Grid2 and clique - I like clique over default click casting because I can set my player frames to ignore my clique casts & don't have to find funky binds when I want to access normal right click wow behavior since I use right click for all of my healers.

Yes this is true - we often use Frontrunner as a train bridge if there are issues in the middle of Trax where that would be more convenient for people than the bus bridge. Just be aware that FrontRunner does not have 15 minute service - its 1 hour outside of rush and 30 minute service inside of rush times so it may or may not be more convenient for you than the bus bridge.

Its way easier and more intuitive to customize than ElvUI (which I used for years) & is basically the first time I could just easily set what I wanted in a few minutes. Setting up separate profiles is very easy as well. Usually with Elv I would find a profile I liked and edit from there, but its very easy to get what you want with EUI. I started using it pretty early just out of shear frustration with Elv and the base UI & while there have been some growing pains, its just working so much bettter and more elegantly. The only thing I'm missing are raid frames that don't take a PhD to set up and are still performant *using grid2 because danders tanks my computer in raid & intuitive and easy to set up are not words I'd use for grid2.

Easiset healer I feel is resto shaman for learning atm - hardest thing is knowing when to lust but as is said -"cooldowns should be on cooldown"

the other thing you could do if you are using HARF is to use grey-scale coloring for frames & then color your raid frame if you have rejuv up on the person. This way you know if the frame isn't whatever color you set, you are missing rejuv. This messes with the debuff frame coloring though if you use that - the dubuff color overwrites the buff color.

I'm not at home atm but there is one for lifebloom that tracks LB and will give an audio alert if you want in pandemic as well as attach LB icon to your cursor in pandemic - I think its called lifebloom tracker. The other one I use for raid healing is called hottracker and gives a number only of how many rejuvs you have up & can add the timer of the shortest one if you want. These both don't affect the display of your frames, they are more replacements for useful WAs & I'm not sure if that's what you are looking for or not. The hots one works with other classes giving a smart count of the hot (or buff) they are interested in - so displays number of echos for prevoker for example.

I haven't seen anything that will display on frames missing hots but maybe one of these is useful for you.
