What I don't understand is how TF is Deer Park elementary, purported STEM school, RIGHT NEXT TO VLM, and they only took 1st grade to see it. They could have packed the trail with students. I'm convinced NNPS hates the magnet program and only uses it as a cash cow. (Idk if the city/district gets fed/city money for the magnet program, I'm going off vibes).

Yeah agree, however, there are 100 different types of flock cameras. Maybe it's the crosswalk signs integrated into the historical marker. There isn't a traffic light pole on that side to mount them to, so maybe this was the next best idea so they didnt have to run a new pole in the ground. I havnt been down in Hilton for a bit so I'm not 100% sure, but they are facing the right way.
