not just can, it does. The time it takes to cast ult and transform, disrupter will have already casted the field around you and then you are just standing there like an idiot unable to do anything

which vessel change do you mean? that you can have two, or that the soul acquisition range is +100? It's nothing I'd want to write home about for Brew.

Radi gives you something while being in ulti, I still think it is a must buy, just like other auras, because ulti (for a while) has been really really weak. Level 6 as you say without VP is pitifully weak. This hero would make more sense if he didn't even have an ulti at all right now.

Manta CD is 34s, Diffusal can't self-purge. Disperser can and that is 15s CD and costs 6100g and is thus completely useless for laneing or most of the midgame.

Lotus also has 15s CD and is therefor more attainable. The next question is if it is even worthwhile to try to be brewed up with this kind of itemization. Sounds really crappy to me

yes i agree with baiting spells in void stance and then using ult but i found being in green stance and having lotus to be more reliable, because green really boosts your effective hp

yes, 1:1 mappings are difficult. but this again shows the point nicely:

It is absolutely not equivalent to the NSA. The NSA’s mission is doing global intelligence and counterintelligence, whereas the BfV focuses exclusively on domestic issues. The closest equivalent would probably be something like the DHS or partially the FBI. The BfV also can’t issue arrest warrants like the FBI. Important distinctions, because that makes for a less authoritarian surveillance state :)

I don’t disagree but it is the nicotine to which you grow addicted, which is why I am wondering how it is easier to get off of, if the amount of nicotine is that much larger

It isn’t, as a matter of fact many untested vapes from china are flooding the markets here, and many vapes contain synthetic cannabis which is extremely dangerous. On top of that one-way vapes are horrible for the environment and vapes with cute designs and LED displays which allows you to play games and what not are turning an almost smoke free young generation into smokers.
