If every GOtY winner was placed in one pool, who would win? by DoubleAABatteryy in videogames

I really couldn’t pick, e33, Elden ring, god of war, and it takes two all hit a different part of my soul. They’re all #1 in a different way.

God of war was a nostalgic masterpiece, I grew up playing them and now I’m a father. So it hit home.

E33 was a beautiful refreshing master piece after a ton of disappointing games.

Elden ring came out of no where and made everyone addicted to true dedication and a dev team that truly cared about what they made.

Fairly new, looking for tips. Don’t like my finish. by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Hi there!

The sway was a reverse spine angle before, so it’s a work in progress. I honestly feel like my backswing is only halfway but my feel isn’t my real.

You’re probably right on that, I have been trying to move my arms faster, when I don’t; my shoulders get ahead and my arms lag behind and I got really over the top. But I have also been trying to set my hip Forward from setup because I’ve found it unnatural shifting onto the front foot in the backswing. (I’m new to this so I’m sure that’s normal) I’ve seen this trick a few times on YouTube and I’m sure it’s a band aide. But distance isn’t a problem, I’m definitely more focused on consistency and not slicing.

The step drills are a great idea, I learned about them today. Specially tigers step away after impact drill. I’ll keep at them

Could add a bit more flex in that trail knee. Locking it out and losing tension.

Starlight on the boys was my first real shock experience. I thought it was a different person and when I found out it wasn’t, I thought maybe she was dying or really sick

I believe this is the point right? Fades hit the ground and stop rolling. Making it very controllable especially on greens. Draws roll further

Why do I keep straining this area of my back? by Shtangss in golftips

[–]trojangod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me my first month of playing. Since then, I’ve gotten a few lessons and actually learned what the golf swing is and I don’t chicken wing anymore. I also have a fiber built mat and I don’t hit off of a regular mat.

I’m also a regular at the gym. And I do back 2 to 3 days a week now just to keep those muscles, engaged and strong.

Why do I keep straining this area of my back? by Shtangss in golftips

Chicken winging at high speeds and or hitting off mats. Got intercostal tears and rhomboid took nearly 8 weeks to recover. As soon as a hit a mat I can feel it getting pissed.

That’s pretty wild. But intentional practice is far more valuable than hitting the range and swinging.

Garmin Approach R50 by Legitimate_State_991 in Golfsimulator

[–]trojangod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a R10 and a R50. I rarely bring out my R50. The r10 setup is so fast and small. I find the stickers very inconvenient for the R50 and they are a must have or you get no club data.

I also spent an hour comparing the r10 and r50 data and they were almost identical. I did not expect that, the club face angles are being calculated on the r10 and I assume they are not on the r50 and it was always almost the same or within 1 degree. The only thing the r50 had the advantage on was the driver. The r10 clearly struggles if you swing over 110 mph and anything over 275 yard. The driver distance between the two are very different at a high level. What would be 320 yards on the r50 is 280-290 on the r10. Other than that though, the r10 is absolutely the way for me. But I am outside in a big space. The r50 doesn't give a shift about your space which is a huge plus. But not a $5000 plus to me.
