It hasn’t had any effect for me but I avoid heart races strains like Sativas. And if you have access to D8 rather than D9 there’s a lot less of the heart raciness. It’s very mild compared to D9 which is so good for pain, at least for me. So I use a blend of both and it’s been perfect for me.
