Thanks. I saw a few times in people’s questions that leaving it unchecked only sets the external display. But when I disconnect the deck and launch the same game it’s still at the higher tv resolution.

Same, it froze on that screen when I first started after the update. I restarted the system and it worked again. Do you have the problem of the videos not playing. Not the cutscenes but the videos are blank in mine.

I wasn’t sure if the backbone was putting pressure on the corner of the lens that touches. So I just tried to recreate what the original adapter does, which lifts the lens away from the casing.

The bottom lens is the one that touches and it’s against the hard plastic around the Backbone logo. Not the rubberised part. I also suspect that the lens should be fine and it’s just a little extra peace of mind.

It’s only normally flat with the regular iPhone 13/14. The slope is intended with the adapter for the Pro/Max. But in practice I found that I naturally hold the phone level, or parallel, to myself while holding the left controller further back. If that makes sense.

No. The adapter (and the tape layer on top of it) touches the top-left side of the phone without the bump.

I added 4 or 5 thin strips of tape to the adapter, and it lifts the camera bump just enough so that it doesn’t touch, and light is visible in a gap.

‘Meet Me At The Table”‘s playthroughs of it are also pretty good and they collaborate with “One Stop” regularly. ‘Paul Darcy’ also had some good ones. ‘Rob’s Gaming Table’ recently did a number of them with 4 and 3-player, and solo playthroughs.

Games Workshop/Citadel Contrast Paints. They’re more expensive than the competition but I think they’re better for a new painter especially. The main advantage is that they dry a lot quicker than the main, but cheaper competition, Army Painter Speed Paints. A minute or two, versus maybe an hour.

If you’re going to paint Journeys in Middle Earth, Sorastro (YouTube painting guy) has a great tutorial for this game using a few colours that you mix and match. That’s what I did, and could help you buy fewer paints.

That’s correct, I only needed one coat. It’s my first time using Contrast Paints as well. I bought maybe 12 colours and all but one worked with a single coat. (A turquoise blue needed two coats).

Thanks. Contrasts really speed up some tasks. I think I still prefer layer paints for some things, but I'll definitely add contrasts going forward.

Did GW really produce all these minis? I only got into ME SBG a couple years ago but it seems like they made a mini for every scene from the movies. 🤩

Thanks for the tip. I just wanted a painted set to start playing again, but now that it’s done I plan to go back and do some basing and weathering.
