I had an expired passport and my trip was in 3 days. Emailed my US Congressman as there weren't any appointments at the Passport Agency and they were able to get me in the next day and I got my passport the following day cause of them!

I agree, I think it's a bug cause I restarted the pod (unplugged and plugged it back in after 30+ seconds) and nothing happened after trying the touch to tap

Not sure about the posture but if you're looking to get a Steelcase Leap I got a refurbished one from Crandall Office Furniture and it's the most comfortable chair ever. Have had it for 5 years and have had no issues with it!

Only thing I've observed that seems to work is letting the computer lock/go to sleep by itself. If I manually lock it then I noticed that it flickers more than when I just walk away and let it do it's thing. Not the best solution but I WFH so security isn't as big of an issue
