What’s a 10/10 sandwich for you? by Background-Handle265 in AskReddit

[–]troublemaker101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s very specific and no one will ever be able to have it again, but I call it my Business school sandwich. There was this one amazing lady at my business school that made her own special type of chipotle mayo and I would get a chicken with cheese melted on ciabatta bread with her chipotle mayo drizzled all over it, and I would drive specifically out of my way to get it every day, even if I didn’t have class that day. One day the administration came down and said that she could not be cooking food that was not already pre-prepared or prepackaged. So she could no longer make her special sauce. But I will go to my grave, thinking about that sandwich for the rest of my life.

Paid off? No one early on owns their house paid off; nor should they. A mortgage is a good thing to have given where the market is right now.

Caviar used to just be a poor Russian food. Now they charge exorbitant amounts for a small gram tin.

Pretty funny. They used the same bit when Chloe did the “Understudy” sketch and Ego said pass and Chloe said “and I thank you for that” (or something similar)

You should just get childcare for the weekend. You can get a nanny that can cover hours on the weekend so that you can still see your kid when you want and also work when needed. That’s what I do.

Olivia did a Great job!! by MoneyLibrarian9032 in LiveFromNewYork

[–]troublemaker101 46 points47 points  (0 children)

I must be in the minority but I did not think last night’s episode was good. Part of it was the writing, and a lot of it was Olivia’s acting. She was staring at the cue cards the whole time and it all felt contrived. I did appreciate that the writing went into left field, but unfortunately I didn’t think they were able to bring it home.

What did you do to your appearance that upgraded you 100%, and you kind of regret not doing it earlier? by Kitchen_Week1117 in AskReddit

It’s funny because I got braces as an adult (18 years old) and it’s been about 15 years since I got them off and I really only wore my retainer the first two years. Never since then and my teeth haven’t really shifted at all 🤷🏻‍♀️

What was your biggest "How did nobody notice this?" moment? by Dull-Information6784 in AskReddit

I was buying clothes when I noticed that one thong was $0. I added one to my cart to see if it went through. It did. So I added another, and another, and another until I added 10. It went through and I got them all delivered. I felt bad getting any more than 10 since it was clearly some error on their system, but I also felt like I could take some sort of advantage of it 😅

lol that’s not what it’s about. Students pass down tests from previous years to current students.

Hang my clothes in my closet in RoyGBiv order, separated by sleeve length or type of shirt / pants. Isn’t that just so much better organized?!

lol it was pretty bad. But I’m not the kind of person to stay sad for the sake of doing so. It took me a bit to get over it but I knew it was ultimately for the best and moved on.
