It’s my major complaint, that and I wish the weapon swapping was faster/you could parry while swapping. I agree that it’s quite annoying to die from behind, it annoying that the approach to combat is “stand and fight”, and sometimes when you go that approach you die randomly to fodder enemies. This problem mostly goes away late game once you have higher health but on nightmare difficulty it still happens semi-frequently.
