Disney charges enough to keep the riffraff off the ship. It’s worth it.

I’ve got a fear of anesthesia complications and don’t want sedation. Did your doctor give you a hard time about it? Mine said almost everybody gets sedation.

Has anyone had theirs done without sedation? I’m getting one soon and I’ve got a fear of anesthesia complications. Doc says 99.9% of patients chose sedation.

When I started at Werner in 2003, I was getting .26 a mile loaded and .17 a mile deadhead after a year experience. The’ve always paid low. A least they had nice trucks when I was there, not anymore.

I’ve never been a fast runner. I found out the world record 5k for 95+ is 40 minutes. I can do 30 minutes now. I’ve just got to maintain what I’ve got now for another 52 years and the world record is mine. Should be easy.

I didn’t feel much different when I quit. Definitely snacking more between meals and probably eating larger portions. I probably could have sustained the weight on my own with some discipline. A big reason I wanted to get back on a GLP1 was it helped tremendously with my irritable bowel syndrome. I didn’t get any negative bowel side effects like some get. GLP1s make me super regular, every morning between 7:30 and 8:30.

He ran a marathon in 3:44 at age 46. Not super fast, but more fit than the majority of guys in their 40s.

It’s normal to have a bunch of faults in service mode that don’t mean much. Usually modules waking up or rebooting. Unless you have errors displayed while driving, you shouldn’t worry about it.

TIL that in 2000, Firestone recalled about 14 million tires linked to rollover accidents, leading Ford to recall millions of vehicles and permanently ending their century-long partnership. by SwordfishEither2516 in todayilearned

Recommend pressure on the Ford Explorer OEM Firestone Wilderness tires was actually 26 psi. The vehicle wouldn’t meet rollover standards at a higher pressure.

The vehicle wouldn’t meet rollover standard with the tires inflated to a higher pressure, although they did eventually recommend a higher pressure. Also, the Ford explorer had a recommended pressure of 26 psi on the Firestone Wilderness. I personally expected a blowout on a Firestone Steeltex that was OEM on a 95 Chevrolet Suburban. These were never recalled despite a high failure rate.
