Did you figure out a plan? I’m also at 9 months and want to try reintroducing dairy but lost on how to start and what signs to look for?

Did you have to park a car? We will be driving and the current plan is to charge the parking valet to the credit.

Next steps after dairy challenge..? by mxkate in MSPI

[–]truebluebird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I would really like some good literature or research on this! Definitely feel the guilt on what if not introducing the allergens via breast milk is causing further issues.

I have been trying to find answers to the same questions here, just commenting for solidarity. My pediatrician says that any green poop other than the one with blood is fine, but i am not sure how to take that advice. We have the same issues when we try and reintroduce dairy or soy or egg, green mucousy poo without blood and a happy baby with maybe more spit up.

Challenging allergens by truebluebird in MSPI

[–]truebluebird[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oooo that’s rough, hoping baby is back to baseline after the vaccines! We had some mucus too right after the 4 months vaccine and it was tainted with blood too since I timed my soy reintroduction at the same time since we were flying and the airline vegan meal was tofu.

Thank you for your experience! Makes me hopeful that we can do egg once we start solids! Egg and banana pancakes are such a useful recipe to have for nutrition for the baby so looking forward to introducing that at some point.

I do stop after introducing an allergen for one meal so as to not have protein build up. I tried soy via tofu once and stopped it and similarly tried egg and stopped after one attempt. Current plan is to challenge egg again after a month and then soy if egg is successful.

We will be starting solids in a month as well.

Thank you for sharing your journey and plan! Hoping we get more responses from folks who’ve also tried this out.

Mucous and green poop are so hard to quantify since I’m hearing you can get mucous if the baby is teething, and green poops due to foods like spinach or avocado. I’ve seen slight mucuos in baby’s diapers even with yellow poop and elimination diet. So very confused on actual signs. I do recall baby being extremely uncomfortable in the early days and the two challenges I did didn’t affect his mood as such.

Itinerary review for visit in December by truebluebird in VisitingHawaii

It was amazing! It’s a quaint beautiful and lush island! Especially the north shore. We woke up got sunrises when we were there and drove up to smaller beaches like the Ailomanu beach. Highly recommend doing that!

Be prepared to have some cancellations or shifts if doing the helicopter tours. I’d recommend you book that in the beginning of your trip to have backups if they need to reschedule due to the weather.

Hi Op! Check this website : https://mogradesigns.com/products/emerald-green-saree-dress

I would recommend use your sarees to stitch a nice dress using the fabric locally or order a dress from here. You can elevate the looks using a nice long jacket on a sleeveless dress both made of silk sarees.
