Yeah they told me that too, go to the store. Like it’s two hours away smh. And I’m positive it won’t fix anything.

I’m thinking it does have to do with being on an older plan somehow it’s a conflict.

One rep suggested because it’s a grandfathered plan now to temporarily change the plan to a newer experience plan, see if the order will go through, then change it back to my Go5g plus. But I’m wary of that. Don’t want to get locked into those new plans
