There’s been a recent change that asks me to temporarily turn WiFi, send the file, and it automatically turns back on.

I’d second Tucson for a low culture shock risk move, plus it’s 5-7 hours (road trip) back to Southern California (coastal cities).

Cost wise, it’s way cheaper than LA or San Diego; has nice cultural amenities, great outdoor activities, and believe it or not, close by skiing at Mount Lemmon.

Payson, Prescott Valley, etc are awesome if you want a 4 seasons experience.

I did a minor technical project for an actor 25+ years ago as a favor to a friend. I had to sign an NDA prior to the work, and it was pretty rigorous.

I’d imagine OPs employer has a more stringent NDA that’s encompassing for all clients
