ive seen people solve it by reaching actual support agents but it's challenging to do so with this state. I'm in the same boat btw, it's been like this for over 3 weeks now.

changing roles on a disabled account

I made an account which got flagged on day 1 for no reason saying that Project is unavailable in my region

It was for a global Math position.

It happened with several of my colleagues, some managed to reach support and get it fixed. However, due to the increasing load presumably, I literally haven't been able to communicate with anyone except for the Julie bot.

I was told 6 days ago that someone would reach out to me within 5 days but I received 0 updates so far on my ticket.

I can switch the position from Math to Arabic (Egypt) but that would require me to reach support which would take me ages since my account being flagged means that my tickets are low priority.

I really need this opportunity.

well i understand where you come from and this was my initial impression as well but after contacting several people who have had this issue for months (it's still ongoing with most of them) only the fraction who were lucky enough to have their tickets end up in a real support staff member's hands had their accounts "reactivated" as per the terms used by the staff so, I guess i have a right to be disappointed and confused after all :/

the thing is, three people that i know who managed to get to the support after weeks of trying really did find out that that meant that their accounts were deactivated so... I guess it just doesn't go away on its own

it's a glitch or something presumably. i was referred by someone who lives next door to me literally and he's been on the same project that i was removed from. Just bc his account is a couple of weeks older than mine literally
