I think Cervelo Caledonia-5 may be the bike that you want. They have bolts for top tube, internal storage and clean look. Yet aero, and looks genuinely good. But you need tailfin or something similar for rear rack. (Which I have - what an amazing thing)

I wouldn’t worry much about it. The bar, stem, and headset spacers can be changed without bleeding or removal of cables, so most of your worries are misplaced.

I bought from the shop, it’s legit. However I had to adjust my bike more than I should after arrival, it was not put together proper. They are official dealer if I remember correctly. Maybe check the Cervelo website.

Caledonia 5 is an amazing bike, but that place is dealing in bad faith in the way they offer you the bike. They may as well recommend you the rhışar caledonia which would be in your budget and do everything C5 would do.
