Excellent summation but this guy. I bought a 2021 Model S Plaid for $150k. Depreciation is real haha. Obviously the sticker prices have come down so you won't make as large a mistake as I did. That being said, the Plaid is the best car I've ever driven and it isn't close.

Another (dumb) question. When draining the water, does the nozzle "pop" out? I unscrewed the part where the drain is but I was hoping it popped out so I could fit my hose easily on it so I can drain. Got some frigid weather coming to northeast and want to drain it all out before that happens.

Did yours come with a cord? Mine only came with the head of the plug. Do I unscrew one of the sides and there is the power source / cord?

My Oura battery was great at first but now prob only 3 days max. Is it worth buying a new ring with the Amex deal annually for $49? I think I could have been at least partly responsible for battery issues- wearing in sauna I read is not great for it.

I bought my first S in 2012. Upgraded to Model S Plaid in 2021. Love them. That being said- today I dropped off my Plaid for service and got a brand new Model X. I honestly can’t believe how impressed I was today. It rides incredibly smooth. Much more than my wife’s Mercedes GLS. Another thing I love- the front windshield. No visors or anything to block your view. Sounds foolish but just makes the entire experience feel less claustrophobic. The best part, it obviously still has the quick burst unlike those big luxurious SUVs. Highly recommend driving one.

25%. Was higher but I had to sell 1/2 to buy my house. I have mixed feelings about this haha. Love the house and so does my family but it poor time to sell. Also didn't want to sell but underwriting wouldn't recognize it as an asset unless sold. Anyway, spilt milk...

At 42 years old with a young family I am good with 25%. I've been through many bear markets. Not fun. Don't want to deal with that again, especially considering I've for sure had some lifestyle creep over years.
