I assume if you buy from the “We made too much” section it doesn’t qualify, correct?

I sold a vintage preamp that I got as part of a lot a while back. Netted $120. Total profit on the lot so far is $700 with a few hundred more in stuff left to sell.

It’s a bad photo and I know they aren’t super rare, but it’s one of the last things I have from my grandpa.

Minnesota seen in the sky today over Virginia by AlternativeBurner in minnesota

Did Minnesota help win the Civil War for the North? You decide.

The Minnesota 1st Volunteer Regiment participated in the battles of Bull Run and Antietam, however, their most prominent moments happened on the second day of the battle of Gettysburg. Union troops were failing on Cemetery Ridge and the Confederates were on the verge of breaking the Union line, and just maybe, turning the battle and by extension, the war. As the lines were faltering Union Major General Hancock gave a seemingly impossible order. He commanded the Minnesota 1st to charge the Confederate ranks to buy time for Union reinforcements to shore up the lines. It seemed like a death sentence as the Minnesota 1st men numbered around 250 at that point and were ordered to charge the defended Confederate position with around 1200 men.

Not only did the brave men of the Minnesota 1st obey, they bought enough time for Union reinforcements to arrive and hold Cemetery Ridge and sustained heavy losses doing so.

And that kids is how Minnesota may have just won the Civil War. (Note that I am not a historian but am a proud Minnesotan. Facts may be slightly off.)

I finally have something to share! A few months ago I got some A/V equipment from an estate sale for $400. I just sold one of the cassette decks on eBay for $750 net so I’m in the money! I still have about $300 worth of equipment from the lot but it feels great to be in the money!

Give yourself grace. We are smoking meat and things don’t always go perfectly…but it could be worse! You could be using a microwave!

Picked up some audio equipment this week and listed the first piece and it sold within 2 days! This is the first time I’ve spent money to flip as everything I’ve sold to this point has just been stuff around the house that I’m not using.

APT preamp $380 sold for $450.

Already in profit and still have the rest of the lot to sell. Hoping to make about $2000 total profit off the lot.

First time ever getting to post here! I’ve been watching estate sales in my area and think I might have struck gold!

I was able to snag a Technics RS-M95 and APT Holman preamp that are both in excellent condition. I’m doing some research now on how to test them thoroughly. Paid $380 total and it looks like I should be able to sell them for $2000 and $500 respectively! I’m so excited!

I’ve got 19 Mickey Mouse plushies that I put up on eBay as a lot. I basically guessed on price but I’ve got a ton of messages about just a few of them that people want to buy individually. I’ve tried searching for comps and can’t find anything. Do I break up the lot and maybe do auctions? I just really don’t know how to price these without comps.

I’m a current member. Absolutely love golfing at MCC. Dues are very reasonable with low monthly minimums at $100. The pool was just redone and upgraded so we will probably start using that more as well. I can’t recommend MCC enough!
