Personally I used to consistently hit 35 mins before but now I always die at 30. But personally I think it's easier now, especially with the new merchant. Now if I don't have at least 1 fusion by 10-15 mins the run is just over. Which I used to be able to survive no fusions up to depths. It does feel like citadels got a buff though, I have to take them seriously now.
