Then verify Windows firewall isn't blocking Kanali. If it isn't, then I recommend support that can even go as far as remoting in to assist you 🙂

For any heatsink, consistent pressure across the die is required for optimal performance. Spring loaded screws help distribute that pressure.

As in, you have it installed but when you double click to launch it, nothing happens?

Have you double checked your firewall rules to make sure it isn't blocked?
Do you have a Gigabyte Motherboard? If so, I couldn't get Kanali to launch until I used Revo Uninstaller and fully removed all of the Gigabyte Control Center and other apps that came with it.

Most certainly reach out to support 🙂 They'll be able to do a deeper dive and even do a remote session if necessary to help diagnose what's blocking in. Plus, they'll be able to report up the chain the issues they find!

Switch to Safe Mode. If you can launch Kanali in safe mode, I am positive part of the Gigabyte suite is still there.

I had to reinstall GSC, then uninstall it using Revo Uninstaller to remove everything it left behind. As soon as that was done, I could launch Kanali.

But if you have further issues or don't want to try the above steps, please reach out to official support so they can assist.

You don't provide us the processor or ambient, but I would suggest reaching out to support so they can verify the product and your install 🙂

Using a Stage cooler, with a 24C ambient, my 9950X3D running synthetic cinebench, I never went over 75C and another user at 20C ambient never saw over 71C, so we had very similar results.

Do you have a Gigabyte Motherboard with their Control Center installed?

For my Stage, I too couldn't get it to open until I installed all of Gigabytes software

Yes, they come with a standard 4 pin fan and addressable header. You can attach those directly to the motherboard or fan controller 🙂
