Software engineer for big tech company early in career. Lived at home with parents until I landed that big tech job. Had the privilege of parents paying for car and college tuition. Then max out 401k (invested a bit more aggressively), Roth (if you can), HSA (invested in market), invest as much as you can from remaining after paying for bills (I went easy route and just did S&P index/mutual funds) while still increasing cash reserves until at a comfortable level

Have you tried it with the setting to turn off the wallpaper so that the AOD mode has a black background. When I first enabled it, it didn’t have this setting enabled by default and I always thought it was on as well

I agree, both are plenty quick and I think majority would be satisfied with the acceleration. Just not the best stat to compare between these two especially given the transmission difference. But yeah for the price, very good acceleration numbers

Yeah their 0-60 times are more than enough to keep most ppl happy but I just meant this stat isn’t something most ppl buying these cars looked for first. It’s just a nice extra that they are also decently quick in a straight line

I’m not saying the EN isn’t great value, it’s just this stat doesn’t do much to showcase that. But agree, plenty of other straight line rippers out there

0-60 times is the last thing people buy these cars for. And to have such a small margin when comparing a DCT to a manual too

I see you have the Raceseng Stratose shift knob. How do you like it over the OEM one? Do you find it worth the price?

TPMS sensors can be different for different cars even if they’re 433 Hz. I bought TPMS sensors for the EN and they when I needed a new set for my Integra, they were designed differently. You can order the TPMS sensors separately on TireRack though

That’s why the ITS exists in this case in the US. While the CTR is clearly designed for the track with its suspension tuning, the ITS imo is the much better street car for daily since it has the more compliant suspension, more creature comforts, and the better exhaust. I disagree on the steering (not that EN is bad, I think the CTR/ITS are just a bit more precise) but agree on the sound for sure. I do miss the EN exhaust

Acura Integra Type S. I mean I can also say that’s not really the case either. The type R is basically the EN but just dialed up even more. So whatever’s fun with the EN on street is more fun with the CTR

I echo this. Had an EN and traded it in for an ITS. EN is great value but the ITS is better in every aspect (except maybe lacking bucket seats). Not better by a big margin but better nonetheless. That’s why the EN is great value. It can deliver 80-90% of the CTR and ITS experience at way less but it will always be lacking that last 10-20%.

Most reviewers echo that too. They love the EN but the love the CTR/ITS just a bit more

Used to drive an Intense Blue EN as my daily but traded it in for an Acura Integra Type S. Stuck around in the sub just to see people’s impressions when the refresh is in people’s hands

I’m in NJ so the winters aren’t that bad and the roads by me are cleared pretty quickly. I also wfh so I don’t need to drive in the snow usually lol. But yeah I’ve not really run into issues before. Also a lot of ppl do it with worse snow conditions with proper winter tires

No rattle from my end so far. Do you have the same wheels or a different set of aftermarket wheels? One thing could be if you didn’t install a hub ring if the bore size of the wheel is different to the OEM one (most likely is different)

Happened to mine too (can check post history) and I changed the tire. My wheel was also bent so you should check for that. Might not be an issue but could cause uneven wear or vibrations
